It is not a self-serve trial, because we find that a supported first session produces much better initial results. Contact us to arrange yours.

A workflow connection is a single process we instrument end to end, such as purchase order approval, employee onboarding, or IT ticket resolution. One connection typically spans multiple tools. The number of tools within a single workflow does not count against your connection limit.

Yes. You can upgrade to a higher plan at any time and the upgrade takes effect immediately. Downgrades take effect at the next annual renewal. Most customers start on Discover and move to Accelerate within the first six months once they see initial results.

Fluency uses read-only OAuth connections to your existing tools. We do not write back to your systems or store your process data indefinitely. Event data is retained for the duration of your subscription to support trend analysis. All connections use industry-standard authentication and are revokable at any time from your tool's settings.

No. All plans include integration setup support at no additional cost. For Accelerate customers this means a dedicated onboarding session. For Transform customers, we provide hands-on integration support for each workflow you add.
